The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. These thresholds may be adjusted at 99play1's discretion, with any changes communicated to players in advance.
Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes following approval. Bank transfers via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1 to 6 hours subject to network confirmation times.
All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For cryptocurrency deposits, the equivalent MYR value is determined at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.
99play1 maintains an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance programme in accordance with international standards. Funds deposited on the platform must originate from sources that are lawfully owned by the registered account holder. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger an enhanced review and temporary withdrawal hold pending investigation.
All casino games on 99play1 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party software providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published accurately and are subject to independent verification. 99play1 does not manipulate game outcomes.
Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of events including the English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, FA Cup Malaysia, UFC, international football, and other major sporting fixtures. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 99play1 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed on events that have already commenced without the platform's knowledge (due to data feed errors) may be voided. 99play1 reserves the right to void bets where manifest pricing errors have occurred.
In the event of a network disconnection during a live game session, the round outcome will be determined by the server-side record, which is definitive and final. 99play1 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of the player's internet connectivity issues.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 99play1 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between promotional-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount. Sports betting contributions toward wagering requirements may differ from casino game contributions and will be stated in the specific promotion.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, placing opposing bets across two accounts to lock in risk-free profits, or exploiting technical errors in promotional configurations, is strictly prohibited. 99play1 employs detection systems to identify such behaviour. Where abuse is detected, bonuses will be forfeited and accounts may be permanently suspended.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account balance without notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99play1 platform:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 99play1 platform without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99play1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party claims.
99play1's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
99play1 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your account is being used for fraudulent or prohibited purposes; (c) you have requested self-exclusion; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.
Upon termination of your account, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Bonus balances and associated winnings are non-refundable upon termination for breach of Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99play1 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
